This research paper introduces an AI-driven sound therapy system designed to
enhance the mental health of older adults, particularly those living alone. With
the global increase in the elderly population and the associated rise in social
isolation and loneliness, this study addresses critical emotional well-being
challenges through technology. By integrating artificial intelligence with home
robots, the proposed system delivers personalized sound therapy, detecting
mood changes and generating therapeutic sounds. This innovative approach
aims to improve the quality of life for older adults, offering a novel solution to
mitigate emotional neglect and promote a more empathetic, technologically
advanced caregiving model.
