Design Contribution:Building Layout/Dormitory Design/Site Plan/Facade design.
The site, located in Nanshan, Shenzhen, is beautifully situated by the mountains and water. In our design process, we broke from tradition by moving the functional classrooms to the top floor of the dormitory. Additionally, we placed the concert hall and gymnasium on the top floor of the group house, ensuring these dynamic spaces have maximum visibility and access to the best natural scenery. Much like a TV set displaying different content each day, these spaces highlight the vitality of education and culture, attracting people to explore and engage.
